You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information. You may not use another person’s account without permission.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any images, text, or other content you submit ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant FloraPlus a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit the User Content and that it does not infringe any third‑party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloraPlus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
